G3M Athletics (a subsidiary of Phusion Inc.) makes custom youth athlete compression sleeves. To create and deliver your order, we collect a small amount of information. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.
What We Collect From Customers
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your shipping address
- Your order details (quantities, sizes, rush processing)
- For team orders: the team or organization name, sport, and the coach or representative's contact information
Card numbers are entered directly into a secure payment form provided by Stripe, our payment processor. G3M never sees or stores your full card number.
What We Collect About Athletes
- The athlete's name, the exact name to print on the sleeve, jersey number, and sleeve size
- One photograph of the athlete per sleeve design
Why We Collect Athlete Photographs
The photograph exists for one purpose: it is printed into your custom sleeve design. We use it to create your design proof and to produce the sleeve you ordered — nothing else.
Photographs are never used for marketing without separate permission. An order photo is not automatically authorized for our website, social media, or advertising. We only use a finished design or photo promotionally if you separately give us written permission (for example, by checking the optional marketing box at checkout).
How Your Information Is Stored
Order records and photographs are stored in access-controlled storage provided by our website host, Netlify. Photographs are not published at public web addresses; the G3M team retrieves them through secure, expiring links tied to your specific order. We work to protect your information with reasonable safeguards, though no online service can promise perfect security.
Who Can See Your Information
Only the small G3M Athletics fulfillment team accesses order details and athlete photographs, and only to create, produce, and ship your order or to help you with it.
Service Providers
A few trusted vendors process limited information so your order can work:
- Stripe processes your payment and receives the billing details you enter at checkout.
- Netlify hosts the website and stores order records and photographs.
- Resend delivers our order confirmation emails to you and to the G3M team.
Each vendor receives only what it needs for its job. We do not sell your information or the athlete's information to anyone.
How Long We Keep Records
We keep order records and photographs for as long as needed to produce your order, handle any reprint or replacement, and meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping needs. Photographs no longer needed for these purposes are deleted.
Requesting Deletion
A parent, customer, or team representative can ask us to delete an athlete's photograph or an order record at any time after the order is fulfilled. Email us with your order number and we will confirm when the deletion is complete.
Children's Information
Orders are placed by adults — a parent, legal guardian, or authorized team representative. Athlete information and photographs are submitted only with that adult's confirmation of authorization, which we record with the order.
